Measure the circumference of the head with a tape measure. The cap is one size fits all and is adjustable. The circumference is 57.5 cm.

Hues may vary slightly due to monitor settings, but if needed we can provide color references.

Each product includes a label with specific instructions.

In general, t-shirt, towels and towels can be machine washed at 30 to 40° depending on what is specifically stated on the label.

Cotton canva fashion accessories (clutch, beauty, caps, bags) can be gently wiped with a damp cloth.

Yes, we select cottons with high grammage and strength. Our accessories are designed for everyday use and will maintain shape and color over time if treated properly.

Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout Europe.

Deliveries in Italy are made by UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, BRT, FedEx, Impost. The platform automatically selects the relevant courier in the area.

Italy: 2-4 working days

Europe: 5-7 working days

Shipments are processed within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends).

Islands, disadvantaged locations, and remote areas may require delivery within three to five business days.

Free for orders over 100€ in Italy, 8€ for orders under 100€ for the Italian territory.

After your payment order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive the email, please also check your “spam” folder or contact our customer service department.

To ensure correct delivery times, we ask that you complete all required fields for the shipping address. We ask that you include the name of the company, offices or public businesses and their opening hours when it is a delivery other than home delivery. Gea Ltd. is not responsible for any delays or damage to products. If you receive damaged or tampered packaging, we ask that you refuse delivery or take a photo and sign the reserve check.

If your products are damaged, contact the courier company.

In case of refusal of delivery or inability to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Gea srl will be deducted from the refund the shipping costs for delivery.

Yes, we use 256-bit SSL encryption and all payments are processed through PCI DSS certified gateways. We never store credit card information.

Yes, you can request an invoice by entering your tax information during the order. The electronic invoice is sent within 48 hours of shipment.

Yes, enter the code in the field provided during checkout. Codes cannot be combined and have specific expiration dates.

Return policy

In case of product defects or need to change your color or size choices we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products in perfect condition, with original labels and free of signs of use.

At this time, the handling of returns is not automated, and please contact us at info@nimia.me with your order information, the item to be returned, and the reason and telephone contact information.

Refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt of return. Crediting time depends on your bank (2-7 days).

Our Customer Service Department responds within 48 business hours.

Duration:

The legal warranty lasts for 24 months (two years) from the delivery of the goods.

Covers conformity defects, i.e., those defects that make the product unfit for the use for which it was purchased or that do not correspond to the promised characteristics.

Always keep the purchase receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse and wear and tear.

As soon as your purchase has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. You may change/cancel your order within 1 hour of completion by contacting us immediately at info@nimia.me

After this deadline, you will have to wait for delivery and possibly make a return.

Depending on the products purchased we will use cardboard boxes or envelopes.
